Description
The IOSH Train the Trainer Level 3 programme is designed to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to deliver effective health and safety training. It equips learners with practical instructional techniques, communication strategies, and assessment methods to engage learners and ensure successful knowledge transfer.
The course also focuses on planning, delivering, and evaluating training sessions in line with best practices, enabling participants to become competent and professional health and safety trainers.
